First, we understand what your property actually needs. Then we map the work sequence, budget, and timeline. That way, renovating an apartment, house, or holiday flat in Pula and across Istria is clear from the very beginning.
Renovation cost in Istria depends on more than floor area. It is shaped by property condition, demolition scope, installations, materials, and access to the site.
Two properties with a similar area can require very different budgets: one may only need finish updates, while another may require hidden repairs, waterproofing, leveling, or partial reconstruction.
Turnkey renovation is not just several services gathered in one place. It is a connected way of running the project, from preparation and installations to finishing work and phase coordination.
The client should not have to connect trades manually, build the sequence alone, or resolve each technical layer separately. What matters is being clear about what is included in the project in that specific case.

We renovate the bathroom as one complete space — from the layout and plumbing to tiles, bathroom fixtures and lighting. We help you choose materials and equipment to suit the room dimensions, preferred style and budget, then carefully carry out the agreed scope of work.
